Family owned by Brad and Shari Zenner since 2001, with more than 500 projects behind the firm. It is residential only, from a small bathroom remodel to several homes built at once, around Highland Park and the North Shore.

Your kitchen is the heart of your home, so the team walks you through the process, listens to your vision and offers expert advice. Custom cabinetry, countertop installation, appliance upgrades and a layout that makes storage and workflow easier are all on the table.

A basement can become living space, an entertainment room, a home office or a place to play, and the same crew builds decks, outdoor spaces and the other rooms of the house. Bars, theatres, gyms and mudrooms all come out of the same drawing set.

Project management is on the firm’s own tagline, next to new construction, remodeling and additions. In practice it is the turnkey process: engineering drawings, securing permits, and the finishing touches, all handled by one office on Ridge Road in Highland Park.

Shari also leads selections and design consulting.
